Delivery Information
We provide Australia wide delivery. Our deliveries are facilitated by a nationwide network of reputable courier companies to ensure your designer setting arrives at your door step in a safe, secure and timely manner.
All delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode and displayed in the total of your shopping prior to you making payment.
Care & Cleaning
Regular Cleaning
- Once every four calendar months, clean and condition your setting using an authorised leather care kit purchased from Fidarsi. Follow the instructions provided with the leather care kit.
- Food and Grease:
- Any liquid or food spills must be removed immediately using a soft, damp cloth or absorbent paper. Apply light pressure from outside the stain, cleaning towards the centre.
- To clean further, an authorised leather care kit can be purchased from Fidarsi Furniture.
Extremely Important Things To Avoid
- When unwrapping and unpacking, do not use any sharp tools or instruments that could damage the leather or fabric.
- The correct way to move your sofa is by lifting the sofa from the base at each end. Do not lift or drag it by the cushions which are sewn into the frame.
- Do not sit on the armrests and backrests. They are not designed for seating.
- Prolonged exposure of the lounge to direct sunlight may cause the leather to fade or resulting in excessive drying and cracking
- Ensure that every edge or component of the lounge is placed at least 60cm away from any electrical or heat source including gas and oil heaters.
- Never use abrasive cloths or solvents. Always use an authorised care kit, purchased from Fidarsi Furniture.
Warranty
Limited Warranty on Sofa Lounges
1. In addition to the warranties implied by the Trade Practices ACT 1974 (Cth) or any other law, Fidarsi Furniture warrants that your sofa lounge (Product) is supplied free of material defect (Leather Lounges Warranty).
2. A claim under the Leather Lounges Warranty must be submitted to Fidarsi Furniture within 12 months of the date of purchase, validated by providing a copy of the original sales order or tax invoice.
3. If under warranty, all claims must be submitted in writing via email with a detailed description of the issue and accompanied by digital images referencing the desired claim.
4. Liability for breach of this Leather Lounges Warranty and, to the extent legally permitted, liability for breach of any warranty, condition or right that is implied under the Trade Practices ACT 1974 (Cth) or equivalent legislation which cannot be excluded, will be limited, at Fidarsi Furniture's option, to the repair of the Product or replacement (at Fidarsi Furniture’s discretion).
5. This Leather Lounges Warranty is subject to the Product being cared for in accordance with the relevant care instructions (refer to our Product Care Information section).
6. This Leather Lounges Warranty is limited to the original purchaser at the original delivery address.
7. To the extent permitted by law, Fidarsi Furniture is not liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under any statute or otherwise, for or in respect of:
a) normal wear and tear (refer to Normal Wear);
b) the natural characteristics of the product;
c) damage caused by any spills such as acid, solvents, dyes or other corrosive materials, ink, paint or bodily fluids;
d) damage caused by improper cleaning, negligence, treatment of the product with chemicals, exposing the product to the sun, extreme heat or bright light such as lamps; and
e) the cost of transporting the product to and/or from the specified place of repair or replacement.
8. You acknowledge and agree that the Product is handmade and therefore the size and weight of the Product may vary by up to 10% from the sample product or from any product specifications you may view online.
9. Subject to any warranty, condition or right implied by the Trade Practices ACT 1974 (cth) or any other law which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement, all implied conditions, warranties and rights are excluded.
10. Except as set out in this Leather Lounges Warranty and as provided under any warranty, condition or right implied by the Trade Practices ACT 1974 (Cth) or any other law which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement, Fidarsi Furniture will not be liable, whether in contract, in tort (including negligence), under any statute or otherwise, for any loss or damage of any kind in connection with the Product.
11. Normal Wear: Softening of the seating and back rest foam and cushions will occur over time resulting in slight creasing, wrinkling and slight stretching of the leather which is considered to be normal wear. Softening of seat cushions over time is completely normal and is not considered a defect in any way. Sitting on one particular seat most of the time will cause that seat to soften more than the others. For an even wear alternate your choice of seat regularly
Order Cancellations
As we are an online agency, all order cancellations must be received in writing via email to initiate the cancellation. A team member from Fidarsi will be in touch with you to further confirm once your order has been cancelled.
Please note that all deposits paid are non refundable. If your setting has been paid for in full, a 10% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from your final refund.

Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?
Yes please! When we faciliate delivery of your luxurious purchase, someone does need to be home to sign for the setting upon reciept. We will not deliver your setting to your home unattended (unless previously arranged with your authorisation and direction). If you miss the scheduled delivery, redelivery fees will apply. We coordinate delivery with you to ensure that you are home when your setting arrives.
Is transit insurance included with the delivery fee?
Delivery prices include insurance against fire and theft of your setting while in transit. Please note that transit insurance does not cover the occasional small bump, indentations or blemish that may occur during freight. As leather is a natural material, the occasional tick bite or stretch mark may also appear which is an expected result when buying genuine cowhide leather.
