1. The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
2. Where a product is within the 7 day period and a refund or exchange is requested, Fidarsi will refund or exchange on the original product purchase price. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
   • Delivery fees from Fidarsi to your location
   • Delivery fees to return the product to Fidarsi
   • Delivery fee for dispatch of exchanged products
3. Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition.
4. Exchanges are only valid for products of equal or higher value.
5. Where an item is found to be faulty, Fidarsi will provide repair along with the necessary service and support.
6. The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to custom orders or custom designs or products where dimensions, styling, colours and/or materials have been modified to suit your requirements. Please carefully check the associated product diagrams or invoices prior to proceeding with payment of your invoice. By proceeding with payment of your invoice for custom production, you acknowledge and agree that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for custom produced products. Custom produced products are non refundable, non exchangeable and non returnable.
